Refund policy

We have a return policy only on non-food and unopened items that is brought back to our store the same day. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed for online orders. 
Service pricing may vary from listed in-store pricing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

1- There are no returns or exchanges due to any concerns over quality. All of the items in your shopping cart were carefully hand-picked by our trained staff who make sure you are getting the absolute best products in any case. 

2- If for any reason, you receive a product that is expired, or past the ‘best before date’, you must make the claim within 24hrs after receiving your order by emailing :

3- If you made a mistake in your order by picking the wrong item, we will not allow exchange or return unless the product is returned the same day, unopened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind that we do not pack products ourselves and if you are no satisfied with the quality of such items, please contact the manufacturer on the label.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
